Kent Life Hops n Harvest Festival

8th September & 9th September 2012

Hops ‘n’ Harvest Festival… a home-grown festival of hop picking, beer, ales and cider and of course, live and local music all weekend long.

Explore the time honoured traditions of the Hop Festival and have a go at picking the hops by hand. See the last working coal fired Oast house in Britain in full production for this weekend only and take in the sights and sounds of bygone years. Meet the tally man and the Pearly Kings and Queens and more characters from Kent’s past.

Join us in the beer tent and try a large variety of rare and more commonly seen real ales and ciders. As well as a selection of lagers on drought and bottled, wines, spirits and Pimm’s too. Try our sought after ‘Cobtree Old Ale’ brewed using our very own hops!
